Upon receiving your order, if a carton shows signs of external damage, DO NOT ACCEPT IT!! If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please call during normal office hours. If you must return an item for any reason, the return discjockeymusicstore must include a copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation. The box must be covered in brown paper with the shipping label adhered. Defaced merchandise will not receive full credit. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an R.A. Special orders, books, sheet music, software, mouthpieces, pickups, videos, and harmonicas are NON-returnable. Exchange only on digital recording equipment. Any returns must be accompanied by a note of explanation and a copy of the invoice.
